Hwy 112 Whale Trail

Bring your binoculars and set your sites on frolicking pods and spouting blow holes. There’s a pretty good chance you’re going to see some action during the migration in the spring and fall.

The Whale Trail is a series of sites where the public may view orcas, other cetaceans and marine mammals from shore. Along Highway 112, there are viewpoints and Whale Trail Interpretive Signs at Freshwater Bay County Park, Salt Creek Recreation Area, Sekiu Overlook, and Shipwreck Point.
